When you import this, you will have a scoreboard visible in the sidebar on the board index.

Options:
* Enabled or not (no need to disable the hook)
* Which groups may see it
* Always shown or not (if no teams/scores will be shown, can either have it hide or display a message)
* Up to 4 teams (team name, team logo, score)
* Default height/width and individual height/width for team logos

The skin template isn't the greatest but the main goal is achieved. You can tinker with it to have it shown as you like.

This will add two language bits in the core/public/global area, so if you need to change the title or default message, look there.
