Enforcement of License Terms

When a CommunitySEO license is purchased, technical support is included with CommunitySEO at no additional charge for the first year. The package description outlines this

This purchase will allow you to use the CommunitySEO [iPB SEO Module] software indefinitely, unrestricted. You will not be recurringly billed for use of the software, and the software will never become disabled (unless a separate violation of the license agreement occurs). Support is provided for the first year at no extra charge. Upgrades are provided indefinitely.

As of today we will begin to enforce the technical support timeframe limitations of purchased licenses. What this means is, technical support will only be provided (at no additional charge) for the first year following purchase of your license. If you also purchase installation from us, technical support will be available for one year following the actual install date (if it differs from the purchase date).

We realize many of you may have purchased longer than a year ago and may still require technical support. If this is the case for you, you may purchase an additional year of technical support for $30 USD by visiting your client area, clicking on "Your Purchases", clicking on "Details" for your CSEO license, and choosing "Purchase Addons". The package is called "Support Renewal". If you do not require technical support any longer that's perfectly fine! Your license will continue to function as normal, and you will still receive all updates at no additional charge.
