Well, if you changed the charset after installation of the forum with threads / posts created you will have MANY problems with the exchange of Charset, then I recommend changing the charset only after the installation of the forum before creating forums and release records . to change is simple, go to the search bar and search for CHARSET on the AdminCP and change to ISO-8859-1 if it is to recognize special accents.
