Yes I do. I self host it. Edit: I can confirm the tables are there when clicking Fix Automatically. But every so often, the error reappears and the tables are not there.

This error is persistent every so often in my ACP Get Support Page: I have to tell it to fix it. Not sure why it keeps showing up every so often.
