(DP31) Topics per Time

With this hook you can easily set maximum topics per specific period of time for selected groups in selected forums.

Fetaures:

• enable/disable mod,
  
• select affected groups,
  
• select affected forums,
  
• set any topics count,
  
• set time limit and time type ( minutes, hours, days, weeks, months ),
  
• support for guests if they can post new topics too.
