Share IT!

Social Networks are a great tool. Many users are referrals from a social network. IPB has in place methods of sharing things to a Social Network, but often they are hard to find and require scrolling to places.

So I introduce to you all Share IT!. Share IT! is a highly customizable script that adds a "sticky" button to the side of your forum that is visible from any page at any time. Sticky means that the button stays in the same place and will just follow the user as they scroll down pages.

This hook has many Administrator settings allowing you to fine tune the hooks as you feel necessary. Some settings include: (and you can view the screenshot)

Greeting - Add your own personal greeting that people will see when the click the share button

Share URL - Specify a URL to "autoshare", for example instead of allowing your users to share the page they are on you can set it so it shares only the root URL of the forum

Share Title - Don't want to share the title of the page? Specify your own!!

Share Options - Do you have personal biases against some social networks? Well here you can disallow them!

As you can see this hook is highly needed as it can help your community grow!
