When you first login to IPS Resources with your email and password from the IPS client area one of a few things may happen.

If your IPS client area, company forums, and old IPS Beyond accounts all shared the same email address our Converge application will have already automatically merged your accounts. However, if any of the emails were different, you may have multiple accounts. If you would like those accounts merged pleased submit a ticket in the client area and we will do our best to assist you.

When you first login you may see your display name is something like User_12345. You can go to the UserCP on this site to change your display name. If you try a display name and receive an error that the name is already in use another member may already be using that display name. If you are sure another member is not it may be that you have more than one account under different email addresses.

Feel free to submit a support ticket if you are ever confused.
