This hook allows users to download entire albums (<strong class='bbc'>NOT</strong> categories) as a zip file. If a user has permission to view an album then they will have permission to download the zip file.<br /> <br />Obviously you will need ZipArchive enabled for this hook to work. Please check with your host if you are not sure. Additionally, it should go without saying that the more images that a person tries to download (in other words the more images there are in an album) the more of a strain it will put on your server. Some server configurations may also limit the amount of files being zipped (limited by file descriptor limit). Please check with your host for details.
