This hook shows the count and on hover the names of the currently shouting members on the '<a href='http://community.invisionpower.com/files/file/5955-shoutbox/' class='bbc_url' title=''>Shoutbox</a>' tab.<br /> <br /><br /><strong class='bbc'>Features</strong><ul class='bbc'><li>Tab indicator for active members</li><li>Member list on hover</li></ul> <br /> <br /><br />The difference to the default 'Shoutbox: Online Tab' hook is the<br />method to get the online members . The default hook counts only users<br />that are currently in the Shoutbox app and have last activity in the<br />last x minutes (same way the board assumes a member to be online).<br /> <br />This hook goes another way, it collects all members that made a shout in the<br />last X* minutes, even if they aren't in the Shoutbox app.<br /><em class='bbc'>* X is 'Inactivity cutoff' in 'ACP -> Shoutbox -> Ajax Refresh Settings'</em><br />
