registration code issue

hi i need help please

Registration Code does not appear in registration page although i enabled the Captcha and and the type of it reCAPTCHA

this problem of course make the members can not complete their registration in my forum because it tell to them that they entered a wrong code although they not see any registration code as follow

The following errors were found:

* The registration code did not match the one displayed, a new code has been generated, please try again

How can i fix this please

Check reCaptcha settinngs - did you remove key or something else from there? Please check Security Settings in ACP.

Yeah, i read all, but you only wrote about enabling setting. Not about other settings located there. Could you show me screen from this section in ACP? I want see it.
