[IPS Marketplace] Star Citizen Theme

This is a theme created customly for a client who as kind enough to let me offer this on the marketplace for whomever wants to purchase it. The theme is supposed to be looking futuristic with the Star Citizen style on it. The fee we take out is not for the actual style of it but rather how long it took for us to create this for you all, roughly 7 hours.
