IPS is seeking knowledgeable and industrious individuals to join its support team as product specialists.<span> </span><br><br>

Successful applicants will be responsible for answering general support tickets, including providing customers with information, troubleshooting problems and performing maintenance. You would be expected, where appropriate, to interact with other technicians and developers to resolve issues.<span> </span><br><br>

Must be familiar and have extensive experience with IPS applications.

Must have a basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.

<li>

Must be able to effectively telecommute.

<li>

Must speak fluent English and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with working in customer support.

</li>
