This plugin enables direct link downloading for Amazon S3 storage method.

Currently when a user goes to download a file, it just proxies through server instead of telling the client browser to download directly from s3...Following is reply from IPS:

The problem is that we store obfuscated file names remotely, so if we simply redirected the user to the Amazon URL the file they would download would have no extension and would not be usable. The attachment download routines download the file and then set the file size, content-type and other headers before sending to the browser.

This plugin does not change the obfuscated file names, but it overrides Content-Disposition header of the response so that it will force SaveAs real file name in browsers.

Known issue:
* No multiple ranges.
* No throttling.
