[IPS Marketplace] Rebuild remote image cache

This rebuild tool goes through your forums posts and attempts to download remote images to store in the image proxy cache and update the post with the cached version.

Please Note

Despite extensive testing, v1.0.0 must be performed after a full backup of your forums_posts and core_image_proxy database tables. Please contact me to supervise the rebuilding if needed. Those with test boards are strongly advised to try there first.

Requirements

1. IP.Board 4.1.4 or later
2. "Serve images from local server?" enabled.
3. Remote images must be live in order to cache them.
