[IPS Marketplace] Unlimited Global Messages

This application will add a global message to your forum. Global messages can be added from the Admin Panel and/or through the front end via the global Create button. They can also be managed from both places.

Messages:

• Messages contain titles and content that supports the rich editor.

Displaying Permissions:

• Each message can be displayed to all or certain group(s).
• Each message can be displayed in all or certain forum(s).
• All messages can be excluded from showing at the applications of your choosing.

Global Dismiss:

• Your users can dismiss the global messages once they have read them.  When the messages are edited, they will reappear again to users who had dismissed them so they can read the new updates.
