[Request] Plugin: Group Mention (IPS 4.7)

Hi,

I’m looking for a plugin for Invision Community 4.7 that allows mentioning groups (like @Administrators, @Moderators) in posts, so that all members of that group get a notification.

Does anyone know if such a plugin exists, or can someone make it?
