RESOLVED: problem in my admIn CP

when i use the admin cp the , i always redirected to sign in page with this massege above , when i go to any page or make any edit or even install new hook

I cleared my browser from cookies and cache also i changed my browser but the issue still exsit

dude, you have problem with your Internet connexton, not with IP.Board itself.. I don't understand why you can't sent ticket to IPS.. They can more - they have or might have directly access to your board..

They told me that the issue from my internet connection and i must review my ISP to reslove this
