Widocznie nie działasz na UTF-8 tylko na ISO-8859-2. Zmień sobie kodowanie pliku .js z folderu cache/lang_cache/1/ na bodajże ISO-8859-2 lub odwrotnie - nie pamiętam jak to działało, ale musisz zmienić. Jakie masz set_locale ustawione w języku, a jakie kodowanie strony?

Wg mnie sprzedając bez przedłużenia zamykasz dostęp do legalności takiego forum -> bo nie można ani pobrać plików, ani zmienić nazwy domeny, ani skopiować klucza.
