Some users (including myself) don't really use the "Rank" feature as a member ranking, but instead let their users set their own text for the rank, providing more of a member title feature. However, the profile page will still list this as a "Rank", leading to confusion. This plugin replaces the word "Rank" with whatever you have set for the custom rank name in your language settings – in a default installation this is "Title" – saving you the trouble of having to split your website language or edit a template, just to change a string. IPS Community Suite 4.1.11 will be the last release to support this version of PHP. PHP 5.4 was released in 2012 and reached 'end of life' in September 2015, and so we will be requiring at least PHP 5.5 from IPS Community Suite 4.1.12 onwards. We do recommend PHP 5.6 or greater as 5.5 is approaching end of life as well. If you currently use PHP 5.4, please contact your host and ask them to upgrade to a supported version as soon as possible. Cells is a unique and interesting game of life and death, an old computer science favorite revisited and re-envisioned. Cells is a pure PHP cellular automaton implementation built with the limitations of the language, typical environments, and speed of calculations in mind, and enhanced with an engaging design using configurable FontAwesome icons. Features include: Configure the auto-refresh rate used when javascript is available. Optional Ajax Refresh when javascript is available. Configure which rules are in use. All well-known life-like cellular automata rules are supported. Configure whether the board wraps. Wrapping works well with oscillator, glider, and still life patterns, but can cause unexpected results with gun and Methuselah patterns. Configure the FontAwesome icon in use and it's color for alive and dead cells individually per theme. The 'seed' is user-input each game. Intentionally designed to allow sharing game state via URL, complete with full ajax history support so interesting pattern states can be easily shared. This unique application is the first game of it's kind made for IPS 4, and will entertain and delight your users.
