This hook is a follow up of my previous hook, Number of Posts to Post Links, but instead of disallowing the users that have lower post count set by the admin to post links, it will allow the posts&threads to go through but it will place them automatically in the moderation queue. This will not affect the normal posts&threads, only those that contain links. Install the hook.xml file through Manage Hooks in your Admin Panel and then to configure it go to System Settings. There you will see a new setting called NenaDice. Click on it and configure the hook to your needs.
