Dalej to samo nadpisałem z paczuszki 3.3.1 ...

Tak jest w głównym katalogu tam gdzie config itp... I plik w środku jest pusty....

Uderz do IPSu - niech analizuje problem, bo wygląda na bug. Przejrzyj też ich tracker w poszukiwaniu podobnego błędu - może komuś już to wyskoczyło i zgłosił.
