Custom field does not appear in topic or profile ?

hi there

I created a new profile file called (real name ) but this field does not appear in topics or member profile

and this next pics view my edits on this profile as follow :

Although the field appear in registration page and member edit , the field does not appear as a profile info or topic view ! How can i fix this

Hello DrAhmed,

make sure that you enabled this option:

ACP > System > Edit System Settings > Performance > CPU Saving & Optimization > Saving SQL Resources >> Allow custom profile field info be used in TopicView?

yes man it's enabled and this field is the only field that no appear in profile or topic although the other field as location ...etc appear normally

But someone of course filled this field? Mean: if this field is empty then won't be displayed in topic view, though.

Try change 'Maximum Input' to higher number than 0.

Oh, dropdown? So maybe you SHOULD show us what you entered exactly in drop FORM instead write such posts?

Man please read my post carefully , I told that this field was work previously and it now hidden after i created a new other field - The problem not from the creation or edit , the problem now that not all fields appear in topic and profile view , Are you have idea about this issue ?

Without touch this in ACP i can't help you. i told you about all available options for check it. Maybe the best way is send ticket to IPS for investigate by them?
