With this modification you can set icon for every or only selected forums.

Features:

• enable/disable mod,
  
• two display mode: next to the forum name (without any file or skin edits) or instead of indicator icon (require skin edits - work fine with the ajaxed marking),
  
• set allowed extensions,
  
• set maximum file size,
  
• set maximum dimensions for icons,
  
• enable/disable icon per forum,
  
• tool to convert old settings from old version.
  

Note: skin edits are optional (but require to work in one of display modes).

hello

i've just updated my forum, and after that i'm updating the few mods i've installed

one of them is this..with i love

i've upload the content, installed the mod, activect it..but dosen't appear anything

i even did the skin edit..but the some thing

please help

Are you sure you enabled mod and enabled each icon for each forum in ACP?

globaly and by forum

and in admin i see the icons

solved

the previsous version was still enable

i desable the firt version and it worked like a charm

I installed this mod today, did all skin edits, enabled mod, enabled it one test forum, uploaded icon, clicked that "Update Cache" button, recached skin but old icon is still there. Any idea what to check?

Not sure.. Maybe all edits one more time?

Hey, everything works but in the TOOLS tab pops up when you try to rebuild the database error ...

There appears to be an error with the database.

Oh, must fix it and you shouldn't run the upgrade tool if you don't have a previous version of this mod.

Mam problem, ponieważ zainstalowałem plugin Forum Icons.

Niestety mój styl się lekko rozciągnął, niewiele lecz rozciągnął i pojawił się zwijacz na dole wyszukiwarki. Druga sprawa to że na Google Chrome, widzę od razu nowe ikonki działów, lecz na Firefox niestety nie.

Dodam iż używam skina FLUO.

Hello. I have installed your mod on my forum, but i have one problem. When i click on icon (uniq or default, no matter), icon disappears. but after page refresh icon is there.

Hello,

i just installed it and when i try to upload an icon i get:

I double check the folders permissions (set to 777)

Im using 3.2.2

Any kind of help is welcome

Did you set 777 chmod on uploads/forumicons/ folder?

Sure - I've replaced them and the result is that i cannot mark a forum as read.

If you want i can provide you with the full BoardIndexTemplate and ForumIndexTemplate files so you can see that the changes are made correctly.

Any ideas?

EDIT: When i set the icons to be displayed next to the forum name the AJAX function works as it should be , but when its set to replace the icon indicator it isnt working
