Zmiany:

* The active users area has been redesigned and moved to the bottom, providing more statistics about your IP.Shoutbox installation. This also gives more room for the Shoutbox itself.

* The 'members viewing Shoutbox' is updated real-time as people leave and enter the Shoutbox. It also provides the moderator icon so you can moderate users even if they do not shout in the shoutbox themselves.

* The shouts count in the new statistics box is also updated real-time

* You can no longer submit a new shout whilst your current one is being submitted, this was implemented to avoid issues with shouts loading multiple times.

* If an error occurred whilst you were sending a shout, the text is restored into the editor so you no longer have to write it out again.

* The addition of a new hook to display the active users in IP.Shoutbox on your board index, underneath the standard online users box. This hook supports two permissions; groups allowed to see the list, and whether or not to update the information real-time.

* The shoutbox archive now has a 'Quick Filters' dropdown in the popup title, meaning you no longer have to go back to the main screen if you want to quickly change a filter.

* Bots are no longer allowed to use the Shoutbox even if you allow their group to, this was to prevent a bug by some people faking their user agent and posting even if they did not have permission)

* If you would prefer, you can now load shouts directly from the database instead of relying on the cache. This could be useful if your cache is getting too large, but it will slightly reduce performance.

* There is now a setting to stop members shouting in uppercase in the Shoutbox.

* The 'drag-n-drop' function to adjust the shoutbox height has now returned in RC 1.

* The global shoutbox now has an inline error system to prevent alert messages popping up and distracting users.

* All IP.Shoutbox error messages have their own unique error code which will allow us to provide faster support.

* IP.Shoutbox is now fully translatable

* Lots of optimisations in the PHP and javascript to make the Shoutbox faster, and more responsive.
