Od razu powiem że to zmieniałem i to 

Ale coś jest problemem pod  </h3> 

bo od <h3> do </h3> jest wszystko dobrze.

Tylko już po tym coś jest źle ale nie wiem co,

może przez brak div'u ips_box ??

Raczej problem z jquery. Spróbuj dać .noConflict(); dla jQuery.
