This app allows you to run elections on your board, good for members who wan't to run for staff positions etc. 

 

How it works

1. Admin adds an Organization.
2. Admin then adds the Positions.
3. Admin then adds the Ballot.
4. Admin then adds positions for those Ballot.
5. Admin then adds Nominees for those Positions.
6. Then the Voters vote.

I am trying to configure the Elections application, but I can't find a way to assign candidates to positions.
I have created the organizations; I have created the positions; and I have created the ballot. But I can't figure out the logic for assigning the candidates and facilitating the voting.
Can you help me?

Hello,

I saw it, but to be honest it's my app, I've take over it from a guy who left the IPS4 scene so it takes more time to check and reply you. Will do it tomorrow.

It's pretty easy. First of all you need to assign positions to ballot in the ACP:

 

Ballost must start in the "future":

 

Why? Easy, people must have time to nominee other people by using this:

 

 

 

Result:

Thanks for your help. I was really stuck and didn't understand how the application worked, and it was as simple as giving things time, hahah

 

By the way, how could I change the date format to suit my language?
