Mówiłem byś wrzucił ten kod co wyżej do pliku, odpal go w przeglądarce i poszukaj "$_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']". Wtedy dodajesz do tego /uploads i masz. :) Oczywiście chodzi o folder gdzie masz forum IPS4. P.s. mogę wiedzieć co Ty robisz i dlaczego?

Nie można przykładowej bo każdy ma ją inną. Powiedz co tam wpisujesz? Chodzi o path, nie URL. Możesz to też sprawdzić poprzez wywołanie w czystym pliku funkcji php: <?php phpinfo();
